Keyboard Shortcuts
These are scripts, with several uses, made specifically to be bound to keyboard shortcuts.
Choosing Shortcuts
At the top left of Resolve, click the "Davinci Resolve" > "Keyboard Customization".
In the search bar go to Search "Comp", and under "Workspace > Scripts > Comp > Keyboard Shortcuts" you'll find all the below shortcuts.
Assign the shortcuts to whatever key combinations you want!
Marker Flip and Marker Memory Editor
Go to "Workspace > Scripts > Comp > Marker Memory Editor"
Using drop downs in the first row you can “Flip marker to [Color]”
Hint: If you set them to the same color, it will only edit the name and note of the marker
Using the “Flip name to [Name]” and "Flip note to [Note]" you can change the name or note of the markers.
Hint: Leaving it blank leaves the field unchanged, it doesn’t delete it.
Hint: Typing "%L" is a shortcut that will be replaced with the filename of the current clip.
Hit the “Add to Memory” button to allow the change to occur using the "Marker Flip" hotkey!
